Kiro by Kim has a 14 days return policy. If an item turns out to be different than you expected your order must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in perfect condition with tags still attached.
Returning your purchase
If you wish to return an item please contact us via email at email@example.com. In your email please include:
- your customer order number,
- which items you would like to return or exchange,
- the reason for your return/exchange
** Please do not return items without getting in touch first as we will send you the correct return address.
- Pack the items in the original packaging and enclave securely.
- Ship with the courier of your choice and ask for a tracking number.You are always responsible fort he package until it has arrived safely at Kiro by Kim.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Receiving your refund
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s way of payment or as store credit. Please note that with custom-made orders production time may take longer than advertised. We do not accept cancellations if waiting times are longer than expected. We do our best to get all of your orders out to you as soon as possible. Once you have placed your custom made order we don’t accept cancellations because you have a charge of heart. Also, all custom made orders can not be returned.
